I hate seeing any spam on forums, but I feel our service may be valuable to those of you looking for seed funding.

I help run VentureBonsai, an equity-crowdfunding platform that allows European companies to run a standard share issue with nearly anyone in the EU as an investor. We're a great solution to anyone who would like to crowdfund their company, sell shares professionally to their friends and family, or even attract VC's and Angels. Venture Bonsai is free to use, we only charge a 5% commission on successful rounds run on our service.

To help you get funded, we built our platform to be the "home base" of your pitch. We aim to help you promote your company online as well as you would in person. We also provide free legal documents (such as the Shareholders' Agreement) for you to use or build off of.
